The EPICON 2’s oversized 29 mm soft dome tweeter is characterised by low resonance frequency, high power handling, exceptional headroom for high sound pressure levels and extreme excursions. WOOD FIBRE WOOFER

Reproducing the finest details

We believe that low mechanical loss is essential to great sound and were among the first to control frequency response through carefully balanced designs. One such design is our signature wood fibre cone technology, which enables the EPICON 2 to reproduce the finest details and dynamics in any music with very low loss of information.

EXQUISITE CABINET

Beautiful real wood veneer in rigid form

The EPICON 2’s real wood veneer cabinet takes craftsmanship to exceptional heights. With 10 layers of lacquer, hand-polished between each application, it’s as durable as it is beautiful. The cabinet also contributes to the sonic performance. Serving as an acoustically tuned ‘spring’ for the drivers, the rigid construction eliminates unwanted resonance, while the curved baffle practically eliminates standing waves.
